What we collect

When you submit a project or consultation enquiry, we collect your name, email, optional business details, selected service or package, message and any preferred meeting time and time zone you provide. Please do not send passwords, payment details, identity documents or sensitive personal data.

How we use it

We use this information to respond, prepare a quote and coordinate a requested consultation. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing. Enquiries are stored in Cloudflare D1 and accessible to the business owner through their protected Cloudflare account. Email aliases forward to the owner’s existing mailbox.

Abuse prevention & hosting

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes request data to deliver and protect it. A short-lived daily hash of the requesting IP address is used to limit automated form submissions; we do not store the raw IP address in our enquiry database. No advertising or analytics tracker is added by this website. Your browser may retain your selected package currency in local storage.

Retention

Unconverted enquiries are kept for up to 90 days, then removed automatically from the enquiry database. If you become a client, the written project agreement and applicable accounting obligations govern the information needed for your project. Email correspondence may be kept to manage the business relationship.

Your choices

To request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry, contact [email protected]. We may verify that you control the contact address before making changes.

Other services

External project links and WhatsApp are operated under their own privacy policies. We do not receive a WhatsApp message until you choose to send it.
